Our location includes 32 timber-lined, gravel-filled, full hook-up sites, with wireless internet availability.  (Some of these sites are available for pull-thru capabilities.)  Cable television is not available, however a number of our residents subscribe to satellite television services, so satellite dishes are allowed.  Ten (10) of these sites sit directly along the banks of the Tennessee River, and all have river views.

On-site laundry facilities and a bath-house are also available.  And there is an area for grilling and gathering with friends, old and new, with plans to incorporate more within the next few months.  The on-site office and store is available for a select amount of RV parts and necessities, and supplies can be ordered for quick delivery if needed.  And there is a camp host/on-site manager to assist you at any time.

Lake activities include boating, water-skiing, swimming, and fishing. There is a boat launch on the property if you’re trailing a boat and want to launch.  Fishing is allowed along the banks of the RV Park and from a dock located on the property.  RV Park tenants are not allowed on the docks at the marina.  This is private property, and it should be respected as such.
